All coaches that have not completed the Level 1 coaching course are encouraged to build on their ICGG qualifications especially managers of teams from u12 upwards. This is one of our strategic goals within Raheens GAA/LGFA that all managers from u12 up should have a Level 1 Coaching Qualification as laid out in the strategic plan earlier in the year.
